Where you contact us for a quotation or ask us to provide a rubbish removal or clearance service, we generally process the information necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you and, where a booking is made, to perform our contract with you.
In some circumstances, we may also need to process or retain certain information to comply with our legal obligations.

7. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited personal information with a driver who needs it to carry out your collection. This may include your name, collection address, postcode, telephone number, collection details and other information reasonably required to complete the service.
Drivers should only receive information necessary for carrying out the collection and should not use that information for unrelated purposes.
We may also use service providers that support the operation of our website, email or IT systems. Where those providers process personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the information is handled appropriately.

Our website currently allows customers to request quotations and services but does not process payments directly through the website.
Payment arrangements are handled separately from the website quotation form.

If we introduce analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies in the future, we will review this Privacy Policy and any applicable consent requirements before using them.
10. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing quotations, managing bookings, dealing with enquiries and meeting applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
Photographs uploaded for quotation purposes are normally deleted within one month, subject to the circumstances described above.
